The purpose of the Old School is to promote the health, well-being and community spirit of people of all ages in Musquodoboit Harbour and surrounding areas. 

Protection and re-development of the former Musquodoboit Harbour Elementary School building was a key goal in Musquodoboit Harbour's new Community Vision.
